This is a little bit of history of JUPEB you will love to know. There is no secret that Unilag have been wanting to have supporting like IJMB for  a long period. After alots of process and planning and seeking approval from National University Commission to run a pre-degree that would be accepted in almost Nigerian university that would take successful students into 200 level, JUPEB was the brainchild., JUPEB was finally approved in 2013 with about 20 Southern universities as affiliates including University of Ilorin, Nigeria. 

So there is no much secret about JUPEB. If you are wondering why you haven't heard about the programme since, it is because the first session didn't take place until 2014/2015. So the programme is still on the early stage in which we advise JAMBites and O'level leaver to take advantage of this programme.

JUPEB has a lots of benefits, for the fact that it serves as one of the best alternative to JAMB for admission into Nigerian best universities. You also have these included.

1. You gain admission directly into 200 level with any course of your choice

2. JUPEB result do not expire so you can use it as long as you like unlike JAMB which expires yearly

6. You have little subject combinations to concentrate on, thereby maximizing your input on your studies.
